    Dear Sir/Madam
    Complaint over bank charges served on May 3rd, 2016
    Account number: 3xxxxxxxxxx2
    I am writing to complain about the unexplained, unauthorized and erroneous
    bank charges applied to my bank account on May 3, 2016 to the tune of
    N85,477.65 with the label account maintenance fee and the corresponding
    VAT charges of N4273.88. I am unhappy that these charges have been
    applied to my account after previous charges have been made on every
    transaction on the account. I therefore write to register my complaint in this
    letter and request that you reverse the said charges made on May 3, 2016
    which total is N89, 751.53 back to my account.
    I would appreciate your quick attention in resolving this matter and I look
    forward to receiving your positive action and response to this letter within
    the period stipulated by the CBN.
