High RTWP

1. Issues
One of the main factors of Operator X s not acceptable network quality is the
interference issue is also the main reason, exclude the transmission and
capacity issues.. Based on the performance analysis, we found many cells
with high RTWP at non-busy hour 1:00 AM (exclude the traffic factor) in
current network at Golden Triangle Area, so we suspect these cells suffering
interference.

2. FFT Data Collect and Analysis

Do the FFT test for the cells selected out and analyze;
2.1 FFT Introductions
FFT FFT is short for fast Fourier transform, it will show the visible
spectrum which converted by the data that RRU/WRFU obtain;
FFT function
1. Online high precision spectrum scanning;
2. Online wideband spectrum scanning; (no need break off service);
3. Offline wideband spectrum scanning; (will break off service)

2.2 Method of FFT Log Collection

De-active Cells, Command :DEA UCELL: CellId=**;
Follow the steps as below pictures and save the log files ;suggest
values ,scanning width : 100MHZ , scanning last at least 15 minutes;
Active Cells, Command : ACT UCELL: CellId=*;

2.3 FFT log analysis

Below is the FFT log analysis result, based on the FFT, we can
recognize the interference type;

From FFT test results and analysis that has been done indicates
interference originating from Illegal Repeater or Jammer.
