1- Introduction
1-1 This plan is to describe the execution & method of statement for construction
phases for the tie-in No (80)
1-2 The construction plan will be carried on according to the project specifications &
AFC drawings.
1-3 Petrojet will provide the required resources and consumables to execute this plan
to achieve the project Target.

2- Scope
This plan shall be applicable along the Construction phase, however individual plan will be issued if
any part of the Project Parties sees that it is important to issue one to cover special activity.

3- Definitions
3-1 The Execution
It is defined as any method of statement and construction philosophy.
3-2 Project Parties
- Client: (Burullus Petroleum Company) is The Owner.
- consurtiom : (ENNPI- PETROJET) EPC contractor.
- PTJ: (The Petroleum projects & Technical consultations company-Petrojet) is the main
subcontractor.

4- Purpose
4-1 The purpose of this plan is to establish an applicable execution plan & methodology for
construction phases and activities along the tie inn life cycle.
4-2 This will ensure that all Petrojet's construction activities will be applied according to the approved
procedures by client.
4-3 This document will make awareness of all Parties client/ consurtom/PTJ of the 3W's & H as
follows:
- How the activities will be executed.
- Who will be responsible for each activity?
- Where it will be done.
-When it will be done.
That will cover the Construction activity before SD and during the S/D

All individual tasks of a non-routine nature referenced in this method statement


shall be subject to individual Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments by
Discipline Supervisor at site before work commences on a daily basis (Refer to
construction Activities Risk Assessment

Toolbox talks shall be conducted on a daily basis by Discipline Supervisor at site.

Refueling of equipment is strictly forbidden while the equipment is running.

All lifting equipment shall be tested and certified before use.

All personnel shall undergo applicable safety training and wear PPE i.e. safety
helmets, safety boots, safety glasses, gloves and coveralls as a minimum and high
visibility vests where necessary.

If power tools are used for this operation, they shall be based on the site agreed
voltage grade with proper safety arrangements.

Special attention shall be given to cordoning off the work areas and provision of
applicable signboards.

Authorized persons only shall be allowed inside the barricaded areas.

6- Environmental
Applicable project environmental plans and procedures shall be adhered to at all times.
All personnel shall be made aware of the environmental aspects of the works through
toolbox talks and where necessary training sessions to highlight the aspects of the work
that affect the environment.

7-Training & Competency

All drivers and machine operators (bulldozer, loader, tipper, roller, grader, crane etc.,)
shall be assessed. Only competent equipment operators shall be used.

All operators shall have a valid operators certificate of competence.

Special training will hold to all level of project team to discuss the every one duty and
hazards along the preparation and pulling activity.

Safety induction coarse will be designed and hold for all project team before jointing to
the project.

Special training will design to cover the repetitive near miss according the record
statistics to minimize the potential hazard and incidents and all project team will attend
this course to improve the working environment.
