CMT400 Assignment 3 MS Access

For this assignment please complete laboratory exercise 4 development of a

Chemical inventory system.
Your submission should also include the following
a. 10 additional chemicals. These chemicals should be new chemicals i.e not
listed in the original list.
b. 2 additional labs.
c. The Chem lab relation data must have at least 40 records.
d. A switchboard with the following items/menu
open a form
open a table
open a report
open at least 3 diffrerent queries
close/exit application
e. Please insert some values for the amount of chemicals i.e do not leave it
blank
f. Create at least 3 different queries
- based on lab
-based on chemical
-A bit challenging : based on amount (above certain value e.g above 5
liter/kg/bottle etc not to worry about unit)
g. Your application should display a welcoming message when the the Access
file is opened. After the file is opened, it automatically displays the
switchboard.
