Click save button

All the Information Saved would be listed at the end Of the window screen

Click on Challan

Fill all the information

Select the Doc. Type

Select bank (MCB or HBL)

Enter Doc-No (challan No)

Enter prescribed Fees(For Fee detail From Table)

Upload scanned challan form

Note: Registration of fresh Graduates of year 2016 is complementary therefore a attach a challan form with your name and word
complementary as shown under:-

Upload Document Evidence picture

Click save button

Read the Submission Form

Tick the clarification

Then Click Submit
