YOUNG PARLIAMENTARY SUBJECT EXPERTS (YPSEs) PROGRAM
The Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) has been established under an Act of the Parliament.
It is a premier and first of its kind institute created to provide quality research and capacity building services for the
National and provincial legislatures and their functionaries.
Applications are invited from candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications and experience for its one
year Internship Program on prescribed Proforma which can be downloaded from www.pips.gov.pk :

*2 YPSEs to be placed at each satellite office at provincial assemblies and 12 to work at PIPS Head Office Islamabad.

Note:
i. Only those candidates possessing certificates/Degrees from the institutions recognized by the
Government/HEC are eligible to apply.
ii. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview(s)
iii. No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
iv. PIPS is an equal opportunity organization.
v. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease or to cancel the process of hiring of interns partially or
completely.
vi. YPSEs will be appointed for one year duration.
