While in her late 50s, she is still quite young in spirit. She has a kind face and smile. Her face is a little wrinkled now but she is still rather attractive. She is the sort of person you can always go to if you have a problem. She enjoys reading, gardening, and going on long walks. She is always busy doing something and is extremely generous, but not very tolerant of people who disagree with her. The author hopes to be as content as Emily when she reaches her age.
