any activity organized by the Nautilus Water Sports and or rent any equipment.

I confirm that:
1 I am medically fit to participate in the activity and I am thoroughly familiar with hazards
of the activity.
2 I am already covered by personal accident insurance in case of accidents and damages
occurring during any activity or the equipment.
3 I am 18yrs or more of age and know of no reason why I should not participate in any
activity or/ I am less than 18 yrs. old and have obtained written consent of my parent and
guardian to sign the present contract.
4 I will abide strictly to the rules and regulations of the boathouse for any and all activity.
5 I did not consume alcohol prior to use these facilities for the last 8 hours.
By signing below, I agree to waive any and all claims or liability against Ajman Beach
Hotel, the hotel owned by Bhatia Brothers and Nautilus Passenger Yachts and Boat Rental
LLC or any of its affiliates that may arise as a result of my participation in the Activity.
Participating in the Activity is at my own risk.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Activity, I hereby waive on my own
behalf and on behalf of all persons claiming by through or under me, any and all claims
that I have or may have against, (i) Ajman Beach Hotel, (ii) Nautilus Passenger Yachts and
Boat Rental LLC, on account of nay bodily injury (including death to the extent permitted
by law). Personal property loss or other damages of any kind whatsoever, for negligence
or otherwise, arising out of my participation in the Activity. I acknowledge that I participate
in the Activity at my own risk, and hereby assume all risk of injury associated with my
participation in and/or use of the equipment known or unknown, inherent or otherwise,
including but not limited to injury and/or death to me or to the third parties.
I will indemnify and save harmless the Ajman Beach Hotel and/or their affiliates and
respective officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, and agents from all
claims, demands, penalties, liabilities, cause of action, and actions, and from any and all
loss, cost, and expense associated therewith or derived therefrom (including, without
limitation, legal fees, and disbursements through all appeals) for damages and injuries of
all kinds sustained by me including without limitation, claims for personal injury and death
(negligent or intentional) to the extent permitted by law, claims arising out of my own
negligent act(s) or omission (s) or claims that I may have against any third parties that
may arise as a result of my participation in the Activity.
I have carefully read and understood this waiver and I sign it as an express indication of
my agreement with full knowledge of its significance.
