Type of Business

Located in Quiapo, Manila, the proposed business of EVE & ADAM, the organic soaps will cater
the students and young professionals within and around the area. EVE & ADAM will be
operating under a corporation type of business.
EVE & ADAM is consist of five (5) Board of Directors who are elected by the shareholders, and
is divided into two representatives. First is the one who will be the General Manager, and will
oversee and manage the day to day operation of the company.

Second will be chosen

externally and is considered to be independent from the company.

EVE & ADAM also have its investors who will be allocate for the start-up capital of the company
with an expectation for a future financial return. Business capitals such as machines and
equipment are provided by the investors to serve as their share for the company.
