Verbs!

Verbs are the most important parts of speech. They're the heart of sentences, as I'll
explain. Verbs are like the wheels on a truck. The subject or noun sits in the driver's
seat, but the verb has to carry this to the reader.
Verbs can come in many forms: Main and helping, regular and irregular, linking and
action, plural and singular, and past, present and future.
Linking verbs join things together. The join the subject with the noun, pronoun or
adjective that completes the meaning of the sentence. Think of them as giants equals
signs.
Example: Levi is tired. Levi = tired.
The most popular linking verb is the form of the verb to be. Linking verbs are also
known as copulative verbs, as this means to join in Latin. A form of the verb to be can
link the subject and complement casually, or another type of linking verb such as a
sensory verb can do the job in order to add a shade more meaning.
Linking verbs are like a genius lawyer completing the case (sentence). He can choose
to complete it using a description (adjective) a noun ( a name) or a pronoun. When
choosing a pronoun, he needs to opt for the subject (criminal) class, and not the
object (victim) class.
Due to the fact that due to is a form of adjective, we use this means of speech to refer
to nouns. Because of the fact that because of describes action verbs, we use this
figure of speech when talking about action verbs. Examples.
Due to Levi's flu, we're starting at home.
Because of Levi's
