TAC Rules and Regulations

1. Actively attend each meeting and arrive on time


2. Every Council Member may only miss 2 meetings
a. Give Andrew String, Maria Mancine, and Sarah
Dresh at least 24 hours notice
3. Participate in one In-House Activity
a. If you cannot attend an activity you signed up for,
you must find a replacement
4. Implement a School Fundraiser in your high school
prior to January 22nd
5. Collect one Shoeshine Sponsorship for SSL
6. Attend Spare Some Love Bowling Fundraiser and sell 16
tickets
7. Be respectful of your fellow council members and work
together cooperatively
8. At each meeting, please make a point to introduce
yourself to one council member to whom you have not
spoken to previously
9. Like all TAC Instagram and Facebook Posts, retweet and
like TAC tweets

Requirements for Everyone:
In-House Activity:

Complete one in-house activity (dinner/breakfast+ after- meeting


activity)

In-School Fundraiser:

One In-School Fundraiser done by each school or individual


Completed by January Meeting (late due date-special cases)
Must have constant contact with Vice Student Director (Kelli
Hodnett)
Take Pictures (send them to Katie Holmbeck) and have fun!

SSL Requirements:

Sell 16 or more! (in total) Tickets for Spare Some Love


Sell 8 Tickets by January Meeting
Sell Shoeshine Sponsorship ($50) by January meeting
Suggestion: Ask School-related group for sponsorship

Sponsorships:

Have 1 sponsorship (other than shoeshine) complete by December

Complete a total of $500 or more Sponsorships by SSL

Raffles:

Bring in 5 items (one basket equivalent) to the house by December

Marketing:
Tech-Savy individuals willing to put together a promotional video
for SSL and assist Marketing Chair with writing stories for the
newsletters/ social media posts
