Vibrating Grizzly Feeder

GZT Vibrating grizzly feeder is a kind of new feeding equipment which combines feeding with screening.
During the production line, grizzly feeder can feed the large lump and granular materials from the hopper to the
receiving device uniformly and continuously. Besides, due to its bar-shaped screen structure, grizzly feeder can
separate (pre-screen) the dust, soil and scrap from the raw material before feeding to the primary crusher and
increase the primary crushing capacity greatly. The bar gap is adjustable. Grizzly feeders have been widely used
in metallurgy, coal, mining, building material, grinding and other industries. It is particularly suitable for
feeding large stones and metal ores to primary crusher due to its high strength, wear resistance and shockproof.

Working principle
When these two vibration motors rotate reversely at the same angular speed, the inertia forces produced by their
eccentric blocks will overlap or counteract each other at a special phase. Thus, a huge resultant vibration
exciting force will be generated so that the machine body will be forced to vibrate on the bearing spring. This
vibration is used as the power to make the material slide on the material chute and drop so that the material
moves forward continuously. As a result, material feeding purpose is realized. When the material passes the
screen bars of the chute body, smaller pieces of material will drop from the gaps between the screen bars and

not enter the next crushing procedure. In this way, material screening result is achieved.
GZT grizzly feeder uses vibrating motor as the vibration source. It is consisted of groove (trough), motor, main
body, spring pedestal, gearing device and others. Grizzly feeder is of annular groove riveted frame structure.
