K. Request for Executive Session A request will be made to enter into Executive Session
according to M.G.L. Ch. 30A, Section 21, Subsection 3, for the purpose of discussing strategy
with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental
effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares. A
further request will be made to enter into Executive Session according to M.G.L. Ch. 30A,
Section 21, Subsection 2, for the purpose of conducting strategy sessions in preparation for
negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract
negotiations with nonunion personnel.
Adjournment

Chair or at the request of the Committee. In addition, the Committee at any time may go into Executive Session, as
