Apple Crumble

Ingredients:
1 large Bramley apple
2 tablespoons of water
40g of sugar

Crumble
150g of Doves Farm Plain Flour
75g of Pures Sunflower spread
50g caster sugar or brown sugar
Cinnamon (optional)

Preheat your oven to 180 C/ Fan 170 C /
Gas Mark 5

Get a chopping knife, chopping board,
sieve, wooden spoon, vegetable peeler,
medium size bowl, tablespoon and ovenproof dish

For the crumble, sieve the plain flour
into a bowl and throw in 75g of butter (room
temp).
4. Rub in the butter and flour together
to create crumbs.
5. Put in sugar and spice if you are
using it.
6. Grease your oven-proof dish.

Wash, peel and core your apples and
slice them into small cubes.

Put the apples into your oven-proof dish
and sprinkle the sugar on top.

Put the crumbs on top of the apples.
Make sure the crumble is spread out. Dont
pat it down though.
10. Put in oven for 30 mins until golden.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
I personally am not the biggest fan of apple
dishes like apple pie,apple crumble or apple
turnover, but this apple crumble recipe is
absolutely amazing and it is worth giving a try!
