On or about Septem ber 24, 2015, Joaquin Rivas, a/k/a 6fchino,'' m et with a
pup orted accom plice with the pup ose to obtain a tk titious Florida Driver's License in the nam e
ofRaulLagos.

On oraboutOctober28,2015,Y O A N PERE Z,Joaquin R ivas,a/k/a Etchino,''and


others, m et w ith the purported accom plice and discussed the use of fictitious identification
docum ents and shipping docum entsto steala load ofcargo from the M iam iInternationalAirport.
On or about A pril 2, 2016, Y O A N PERE Z, LEO N EL PA D R O N BELLO ,
Joaquin Rivas,a/k/a f hino,''and others,outfitted a tractor and trailer outside of E .J.Trade &
Logistics, LLC, and m ade the tractor and trailer appear as if it w ere operated by Florida

lnternationalEnterpdses,lnc.,d/b/a Florida lnternationalCargo.

On oraboutM ay 25,2016,R ASIEL PE REZ ,M ISAEL C ABR ER A RU IZ,and

RO D O LFO U RR A,anunged forthetransferand sale of l00 A pple iphone 5S cellulartelephones

to apurported buyerfor$12,500,and did sellthe Appleiphonesto thebuyer.

On oraboutAugust9,2016,M SIEL PER EZ and ELO Y G A R C IA arranged for

thetransferand sale of50 Apple iphone 5S cellulartelephonesto apurported buyerfor$7,000,


and did sellthe A pple iphonesto the buyer.
O n or about Septem ber 1, 2016, EM ILIO H E RR ER A and R ICA R DO
G O N ZA LEZ arranged forthe transfer and sale of 100 Apple iphone 5S cellular telephonesto a

purportedbuyerfor$9,500,and did selltheApple iphonesto thebuyer.
