Reason for Trip/Break down

Plant tripped due to EB disturbance (SS-2 jumper failure), at the same time
OG UNIT-1 breaker tripped due to over current

Analysis

At 10.50Am electrical power given ,then turbine rolled and reached full
speed, but 86 B1,B2 Relay not resetted, so we are checked the DC supply
and found that WTP 6.6KV panel closing circuit line MCB output some
problems, so to be checked in shut down
Conclusion

At 02.45 Pm Plant synchronized with grid, WTP 6.6KV panel closing

circuit MCB in OFF condition
