Sample of My Practical Work

1.2kW DC-DC converter with high frequency Ferrite transformer
This converter is used in the input stage of a grid-tie inverter in order to provide galvanic
isolation and voltage boosting of the PV voltage.

IGBT driver board (HCPL-316j)

IGBT driver board is based on famous (HCPL-316j) a 2.0 Amp gate driver IC which has great features
like, short circuit protection ( desaturation), fault status feedback, soft IGBT turn-o in case of short
circuit and under voltage lockout (UVLO) to protect IGBTs from failure.

Processor Board ( dsPIC30f4011, 2 current sensor ACS712, 2 dierential voltage sensor)

dsPIC30f4011 is a high performance digital signal controller from microchip and is performing up to
30MIPS. It has a 10 bit 1Ms/s A/D converter, which in this board 4 channels are used to get to two
current and to two voltage samples. The current sensor is ACS712 from Allegro, which is 20 amp hall
eect linear current sensor.
