SmsMeter_IR Program Operation Manual

1. Instal "dotnetfx_en.exe" and "CP210X.exe".

2. Connect optical head with PC USB,you could check the COM No.
from my computer-property-hardware-device management-COM port
which you use now.
3. Connect the meter correctly then power on.
4. Connect optical head with meter correctly, refer to photo 1.

5. Open "SmsMeter_IR", select correct COM No. And braud rate (the
meter supports 2400bps), click button "Connect" to connect.
6. In the "Meter Address" and "Password" items, input correct address
and password, then communicate, meter initiate the default address:
00000000, default password: 88888888
7. Choose buttons "ReadMeter""Read Recorded Data""Read Privileged
Mobile""Set Meter Address""Set Password""Setup Time""Control

Relay""Register Privileged Mobile""Clear Uncoverd Times""Clear

Recorded Data" to operate these actions.
8. If you want to register official numbers, you could use button "Register
Pribileged Mobile", in the item "Input_Box", you could choose the
number which need to register then input correct number, after that
choose +92... And 0...version, confirm it and register, after success, it will
shows "successfully". After that, choose "Read Privileged Mobile" to inquiry, if
it is not correct, you could operate again.

Note: when insert number with prefix +92 , no need to insert +, the meter
will identify it automatically;When Input number with prefix 0 Version,
need to insert from 0, when inquiry the registered numbers, it only shows
five numbers with prefix 92, so should confirm when register with prefix
0.
