Nos. 14-3761/3798
UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS
FOR THE SIXTH CIRCUIT
FILED
AMBER GASCHO, ON BEHALF OF HERSELF AND ALL OTHERS
SIMILARLY SITUATED, ET AL.,
Plaintiffs-Appellees,
v.
GLOBAL FITNESS HOLDINGS, LLC,
Defendant-Appellee,
ROBERT J. ZIK, APRIL ZIK, AND JAMES MICHAEL HEARON (143761); JOSHUA BLACKMON (14-3798),
Objectors-Appellants.
ORDER
The court received two petitions for rehearing en banc. The original panel has reviewed
the petitions for rehearing and concludes that the issues raised in the petitions were fully
considered upon the original submission and decision of the cases. The petition then was
circulated to the full court.* No judge has requested a vote on the suggestion for rehearing en
banc.
Therefore, the petitions are denied. Judge Clay would grant rehearing for the reasons
stated in his dissent.
