programs, operational compliance, and accountability throughout the entire organization. Provided
guidance and leadership to the entire field team to ensure best practices and exceeding the customers
expectations. This included 49 stores in three states, 3100 store employees, and over $400 million in
annual volume. Led Team Sales division including inside and outside sales, customer service, P&L,
vendor relations, inventory management, finance, logistics, and garment production.

Led company in turnaround efforts resulting in the first positive income quarter in three years.
Led organization through many outside challenges including the economic/housing crisis, consistently
poor winter conditions, and the worst summer drought conditions in years. Despite this, increased
average ticket, UPT, and controllable selling stats in 9 of the last 10 quarters.
Led change management through the recent buyout by Versa Capital including decreasing inventory
by $40 million and decreasing payroll by $5 million in year one.
Opened 10 new stores including the flagship store in Los Angeles, CA. Remodeled 12 stores.
Led Team Sales division through the successful implementation of SAP.
Facilitated turnaround of Team Sales division from $1 million in loss to $600,000 in profit in 3 years.
