*Lesson Policy Update*

As we transition from summer time, this is a friendly reminder of

the lesson policy for guitar lessons at OC Music Center.

+ Tuition will be due the last week of the preceding month to

reserve your time slot for the next month.
*Ex: November tuition will be due the final week of October

*** Tuition not received by the 5th of each month will

include a $15 late fee***
+ Tuition for 4 week months will be $144 & 5 weeks will be
$180
+ ***minimum attendance/payment is 3 lessons a month***
+ Make ups will only be offered for pre-planned (24 hrs +
notice) missed lessons.
* In the event of a same day cancellation/no show, that lesson will be forfeited
* 1 excused/credit for illness every 3 months
* If you do not re-schedule, the fee for the lesson is forfeited

+ In the event I miss a lesson we will either:

*Schedule a make up date and time
*Offer 1 credit for the proceeding months tuition

If a student misses three consecutive weeks without a makeup lesson, that student
forfeits his/her scheduled lesson time. I do understand that there are certain extenuating

circumstances that do come up, and I will try to work within those circumstances to help
someone.
