2015 Hookin2Hockey Online Terms and Conditions
Each Centre must provide public liability and professional indemnity insurance to
cover each program conducted and the volunteer and/or staff members in the
course of carrying out his or her duties. Minimum level of Public Liability cover is $20
million and Professional Indemnity $5 million
All Hookin2Hockey Participants must be registered into the IMG-STG (One Sport
Technology) member data base. Participant Registration
All Hookin2Hockey centres must set up their online registration portal by editing
their subscription (One Sport Technology) Registration set up
Hockey Australia will provide delivery of one consignment of Participant Packs per
Community program, per Centre at no cost to the Centre. Each consignment after
the initial delivery will incur an additional cost of $25.
