The meeting discussed several important school matters. First, a new school-based ranking system was introduced that allows teacher-applicants to submit promotion requirements directly to the school head first before going to the Division Office. Second, teachers were each assigned an activity to monitor or coach for the upcoming Play Day and District Meet. Third, deadlines for item analyses and a new class schedule to welcome a new Grade 9 section were announced. The meeting also revisited the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form that evaluates teacher performance both inside and outside the classroom, and teachers were reminded to update their File 201 envelopes.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING
August 31, 2016 A meeting was called to discuss important matters. First in the list is the school-based ranking. Mr. Elmer Dayrit said that this will provide ease for the teachers who want to be promoted. Instead of going immediately to the Division Office and accomplish the requirements there, the teacher-applicant should submit first to the school head. The Play Day or MAPEH Day was also discussed. Each teacher was given an activity to monitor or to coach. This month is a preparation for the incoming District Meet, where players will be gathered to compete for the victory. The deadlines for the item analyses was also announced. A new schedule was also brought out by the level leader. This new arrangement was made to welcome the new section in Grade 9. The schedules for the first Cards Out and Recognition Day were announced. The Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) was revisited by the teachers. This document was submitted last year, and a new form for this academic year should also be accomplished. This form evaluates the performance of teachers not only inside the classroom but also in the whole community. This form reflects how teachers respond to the challenges of professional growth, community involvement, and interpersonal relationships. Also, the File 201 should be updated by the teachers. These envelopes will be checked by the supervisors when they visit the school. Right after the meeting, the teachers sought for the files they need and prepared them for submission.
