COURSE DESCRIPTION

The main objective of the course is to understand the basic operation solar cell and design solar
PV system

COURSE OBJECTIVE

To understand the basic concepts of working of solar cells.

To study the variation of efficiency with band-gap and temperature.

To understand the quantum well solar cell.

To study the recent developments in Solar cells.
