quantities in a contract document. You are requested to submit the report
with the examples based on a real project.
In the report, you should give examples on one of the following elements;

Coursework objectives

Understand the importance of specification and bills of quantities in

the contract document.
Evaluate the differences that may occur in the specification
requirements and bills of quantities.

Coursework Brief

It provides the understanding of the theory and the practice in the

contract documentation.
It also provides the student with a thorough understanding of the
theory and the analysis of the important factors to be taken during
design stage of the project.

This coursework carry 15% to the total of your final marks.
