Using 4 mm needles cast on 133 sts with A
Beg with a K row, cont to work in stocking stitch for 84 rows
Row 85 [RS] k5 * p3, k3; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2
Row 86 p5 * k3, p3; rep from * to last 2 sts, p2
These 2 rows form rib
Cont in rib for a further 10 rows, RS facing for next row 96 rows
Cast off in rib

Upper Back

MAKE UP
Pin and lay upper back over lower back so that rib sections overlap.
Join back sections to the cushion front along entire outer edges.
Sew buttons to lower back rib section to correspond with
buttonholes on upper back rib section.
