1. The name of this club shall be the Red Cross Club. 2. The purpose of this club will be to promote awareness about unfortunate situations and create blood drives and other functions to help people in need medically. Article 2: Membership 3. Membership will be open to anyone in the Stevenson community over the age of 18. 4. The officers will be 3 co-presidents. 5. The executives have to be students, and active members of the club. 6. The co-presidents can be stripped of their title if they fail to complete their duties, as shown below, especially being present at all meetings. Article 3: Duties 7. Duties of the co-presidents include: being present at all meetings, representing the club, making assembly announcements, providing help with transportation to and from wherever is needed, and organizing all events. 8. Duties of the officers include: being present at all meetings, actively inviting new people to the club and participating in helping set up events. Article 4: Meetings 9. Meetings will be held Tuesday Nights at 6:30 in Rosen, unless otherwise communicated by President or executives. Article 5: Executive Committee 10. The executives of the club (presidents and leaders, along with faculty sponsor) will meet when a need for communication of some type is felt from any member of the club.
