(Product Design Club) Constitution and Bylaws

ARTICLE I: NAME & PURPOSE

Section A: Name - The name of this club shall be Product Design Club
Section B: Purpose - The purpose of this club shall be:

Gather people who are interested in art or technology, especially Product Design.
Invite anybody who has experience in producing actual artwork or product.
Make our own product or artwork and participate in charity.
Stay Cool.

ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP

Section A: Eligibility - Membership shall be open to anyone in the Stevenson community. Eligible memberships are able to
enter the board of directors.

ARTICLE III: MEETINGS

Section A: Meetings - Regular meetings shall be held during every club meetings period and/or when a special event is
organised.
ARTICLE IV: ADVISOR
Section A: Duties The responsibilities of the faculty advisor shall be to:
1. Meet on a regular basis with the leader of the student club to discuss upcoming meetings, long range
plans, goals, and problems of the club.
2. Attend regular meetings, executive board meetings as often as schedule allows.
3. Explain and clarify campus policy and procedures that apply to the club. Inform club members of those
factors that constitute unacceptable behaviour on the part of the club members, and the possible consequence of
said behaviours.
ARTICLE V: AMENDMENT
Section A: Constitution and Bylaws amendment requires two-thirds majority vote of board of directors and publish on official
