How to Install Photoshop CS5:

Extract the keygen/patch and put it in the same place the 2 other files are. After that, run
Photoshop_12_LS1.exe. Choose any directory you want to extract the setup file in and click Next.

After the setup file has been extracted, open Set-Up.exe in the folder you saved it in. Example C:\Users\<your name>\Desktop\Adobe CS5\Photoshop\Adobe CS5\Set-up.exe.

This should pop up:

Click on Accept and select 'Install this product as a trial'. Select a language and click Next.

Now click on Install and wait for it to finish [Please note that it may ask to close your internet broswer].

Follow this step according to your OS:

Windows XP:
After it has finished, press the Windows Key+R OR Start>Run. Copy and paste notepad
"C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and press OK. (Skip the Windows Vista/7 step)

Windows Vista/7:
After it has finished, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories. Right-click on Notepad and click on Run
As Administrator. Click File>Open and copy and paste C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts into

the box and click Open.

A notepad window should pop up. Add 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com to the list, click Save [File>Save]
and close the window.

Now, move the keygen into the Photoshop directory and run it as an administrator if your using Windows
Vista or Windows 7. Example - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5. After you have opened

it, click Patch. Do not close it just yet!

After that's done open up Photoshop. The next screen will pop up. Select "Provide a serial number" and
enter a generated serial number from the keygen. When entered correctly click on continue.

Enjoy using your new copy of Photoshop CS5! You may now delete the setup folder that you extracted
in the 2nd step!
