With in our plot of hypothesis was proven incorrect, due to the high
amount of insect biodiversity. The one
invasive species that we found was
the Red fire ant. This insect has taken
over the fields of north Texas, and is
believed to be the cause of dramatic
reductions in native ants and insects.
