What aspects could be improved in the business plan in order to make it
contribute in a more complete way to the elaboration of more competitive
advantages?
A business plan is certainly an excellent tool that will allow business managers
make good decisions on financial and quantitative information aspects, but
certainly when developing a business plan must take into account many aspects of
utmost importance and that will make a difference, such as the proposals of the
strategies required for the effective development of a company, business
proposals, operational, human resources, branding, innovation, sustainability,
motivation, planning, proposal to enter new markets , all of the above fail to form a
contested advantage over other companies in the market and direct competition.
