Subject: Distribution of Main Certificates of the Graduates of the

Convocation - 2016
The students of both Undergraduate and Graduate programs who have graduated
through convocations - 2015 and 2016 of NSU and not yet collected the main certificate,
are requested to collect the same as soon as possible from the office of the Controller of
Examinations of NSU during working hours (10:00 AM 4:30 PM, Sunday through
Thursday) by producing the following documents:
1. Undergraduate Program: Original Certificates and Mark sheets of SSC/ O level
& HSC/ A level and a set of photocopies of the above documents (duly attested).
2. Graduate Program: Original Certificates and Mark sheets of SSC/ O level, HSC/
A level and Bachelor Degree and a set of photocopies of the above documents
(duly attested).
3. Original copy of the Provisional Certificate if issued by NSU.
4. Your NSU ID Card (if lost for any reason, original copy of the General Diary made
in the concerned Police Station, has to be submitted)
