Pancakes

To prepare pancakes, you should have 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 1 and cup of
milk, 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of baking powder and
three tablespoons of melted butter, sugar, salt and cooking
oil.
To make a good recipe of pancakes, you must follow my
method literally. First, in a large bowl, sift together the flour,
baking powder, and then add a pinch of salt and some sugar. Next, make a well in
the centre and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter. Then, mix until smooth.
Now, put a little oil in a pan. After that, heat the pan. The pan mustnt be cold. When
the pan is hot, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture in the hot pan for each pancake. Finally,
brown them on both sides. You must serve pancakes hot.
