MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)

RAMTeCH provides a full spectrum of MEP design and support services to major engineering
consulting and construction companies worldwide.
Coordinated Service Drawings (CSD) are prepared by coordinating all of the MEP services with
the Architectural, Structural, and Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP). These are done as per the
clients requirement/specifications and strictly adhering to various International standards,
both in AutoCAD and Revit. Builders Work drawings are prepared after the completion of
Coordinated Service Drawings. It shows the wall and slab opening details for the MEP services
to the Builder.
HVAC
RAMTeCH has the capability to deliver HVAC design, detailed drawings, and 3D models as per
ASHRAE standards for high rise commercial and residential buildings.
Our team is proficient in using Elite-CHVAC-7.01 software to execute the design projects and
AutoCAD and Revit MEP software to execute detailing projects. We provide the following
design and detail drawings for HVAC projects as per the clients requirement:

HVAC system construction plan

Schematics, schedules, legends, and control diagrams
Mechanical equipment layouts, submittals, and elevation drawings
As-built, specifications, coordination drawings, shop drawings, and addendums

Plumbing
RAMTeCH has expertise to deliver Plumbing (Water and Drainage) design, detailed drawings,
and 3D models as per BS/DEWA standards. Our internationally experienced team can deliver
the above for high rise commercial and residential buildings.
Our team is proficient in using S-pipe software to execute the design projects and AutoCAD and
Revit MEP software to execute detailing projects.
We provide the following design and detail drawings for plumbing projects as per the clients
requirement:

Electrical
RAMTeCH has expertise to deliver Electrical design, detailed drawings, and 3D models as per
BS/DEWA standards for high rise commercial, residential buildings, and airports.
Our team is proficient in using DIALUX software to execute the design projects and AutoCAD
and Revit MEP software to execute detailing projects.

requirement:

Power, containment, lighting, telephone, security system, fire alarm, and BMS plans
Cable schedules

Cable duct/tray routing and control room layouts

Fire Fighting

NFPA standard for high rise commercial, residential buildings, and airports.
