This is further to our earlier intimation under Regutation 30 of SEBI (Listing

Obtigations and Disctosure Requirements) Regutations, 2015 vide letter no]
DNL/138/BSE/874/2016 dated October 6,2016, we wish to inform you that the
ctosure order issued by Tetangana State Poltution Controt Board l.tSega,; in
respect of one of the three units of the Company situated at Hyderabad has been
revoked by TSPCB upto January 31,2017, after reviewing the comptiance status of

the said closure order.

Before issuing the permanent revocation, TSPCB shatt once again review the status
of various actions taken by the Company in accordance with the conditions
specified in the said revocation.
