WORK EXPERIENCE
Community Manager of Digital Learning at Dassault
Systmes. This was an internship carried out as part of
the Masters program in Marketing and Creativity at
ESCP Europe Business School. Responsibilities:
Conducting customer perception research among
internal and external stakeholders of 3DEXPERIENCE
University, which is the learning platform for DS
employees and associated partners. Co-producing a
branding strategy for the positioning of the university in
the follow up marketing campaign. Producing multimedia
materials for the PR campaign. Results: A preliminary
research implemented among stakeholders using
qualitative research methodologies. 5 video trailers and 3
instructional videos produced and distributed among
14000 employees.
Paris 2016 (Jan-Jun)
Business Consultant for Mozilla on the Firefox OS Mobile
operating system. As part of the company consulting
project at ESCP Europe Business school, we were invited
to develop a new marketing strategy to increase
volunteer contributions for the Firefox OS product.
Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative research to identify
contributor profiles, their motivations and pain points
and craft a value proposition with a detailed marketing
implementation plan. Results: New Value proposition
design based on the value proposition canvas method
with a detailed 6 month marketing implementation plan.
Paris 2015 (Sep-Nov)
Marketing strategy student project on LinkedIn. Develop
a marketing strategy for platform innovation.
Responsibilities: Conduct - category, company,
competitor
and
customer
analysis,
customer
segmentation, propose a new marketing strategy.
Results: Marketing strategy with recommendations on
innovating specific LinkedIn features in the value
offering. London 2014 (Mar-May)
Marketing strategy student project for a snack producer
Graze. UK and France market analysis for a potential
recommendation for market extension to France.
Responsibilities: Market analysis through secondary
research and primary qualitative research. Results:
Marketing plan with the recommendation to not enter
the French market. Paris, London 2014 (May-Nov)
