Instructions
List the foods you eat and the amount of
calories, carbs, sugar and fats associated with
the base quantity.
Use grams as the unit for carbs, sugar, fat, etc.
The unit you choose for the Qty should be based
on what makes it easy to fill in the Log, because
you will only need to complete the table in this
worksheet once, but you will use the Log over and
over again. Use the Notes section to explain the
unit for the base quantity if it isn't obvious.
For example, if you normally eat 1 bowl of cereal
in the morning, and you always use the same size
bowl, then your base quantity could be "1" and then
you would calculate how many calories or carbs
are contained in 1 bowl of cereal and enter that
into this table.
