Procedure:
The affected ear was shaved, aseptically prepped with chlorhexidine and alcohol,
and draped with a sterile drape and towel clamps. A scalpel was used to make an
elliptical incision along the length of the hematoma inside of the pinnae. All blood,
fibrin and clots were gently removed. Multiple simple interrupted sutures were
placed with ____________ suture parallel to the incision.
