Summer job agency

Dear Mr. Johnson,

I am writing to your agency because I would like to receive some more information about your
offer for summer work. I have noticed your advertisement in the local newspaper Flash.
In your advertisement, you asked about my English level. I speak English in an intermediate
level. I took the FCE exam last year.
In your advertisement, there was written that you offer jobs in hotels and restaurants. Do you
have available waitress job? Last year I worked as a waitress in a restaurant in my hometown. I
also want to know from which months is the job available.
You have also mentioned accommodation. I would be glad to know what types of rooms you
offer and what is the number of beds in each one. I also want to know if food is provided.
In your advertisement there was mentioned that travel expenses are covered. I want to know by
what means of transport do you arrange travelling from my country.
I am asking you to write as much as possible about the job. I am interested in the number of
working hours, salary and free weekends.
