APPRECIATION

First of all, I would like to thank God for the 20 weeks after undergoing my
industrial training, I finally managed to complete successfully the final industrial
training report that need to complete on time. I would also take this deep opportunity
to thank ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. for giving me the great chance and
allowed me to undergo my industrial training in their company. It is a great pleasure
for me to acknowledge the guidance and contributions of all the people who helped
me to make my industrial training a success. My industrial training would not been
successful without the dedication given by those individuals who keep supporting
and help in complete all task given to me. Also, deepest appreciation goes to Unit
Perhubungan Latihan Industri Politeknik Kuching (UPLI POLIKU) that allows me to
choose the place for industrial training.

Million thanks also goes to supervision and support from Manager of Utility,
Mr Jenia Diwas and my supervisor, Mr Hafizul Azlan and others Executives, Ms
Faziana Zarith , Mr Cheng Syn Yang, Mr Hazizan throughout the industrial training
period which is highly appreciated. Besides, special thanks to my very helpful and
supportive teams of operators and shift executives in utility section from Group 1,
Group 2, Group 3 and group 4 who have provided me relevant and useful
information that is needed during my training. They have contributed and sincerely
devoted their time and effort in teaching and guide me for every task that was given
to me. It is not quite easy for them to teach me as they also have their own
responsibility and I was really grateful for the moment being with them who have
shared their knowledge to me. Not to forget, my grateful thanks also go to all
Production Departments staff for their cooperation and supporting during my 20
weeks of internship period was great indeed. All projects and task that was assigned
to me will not succeed without the guidance and encouragement from them.

Last but not least, special honoured to my parents and family members, Mr
John Pengiran and Mdm Sia Abai, for their moral support, financial support and
encouraging words day by day. Without them, I would not be able to end my
practical. I also would like to give special thanks to my friends whom conducting
their industrial training along with me. They are Ravistaviago Banun and Phoebe
Paya Jok both from Polytechnic Mukah,Nur Azean Sarkawi from University
Malaysia Sarawak and Dygku Mordhiati Morsal from Polytechnic Kuching.
Although we are not from the same institution and course, but we managed to make
friends and sharing our ideas and information during the training period in order to
completing our internship tasks. Once again, I would like to extend my deepest
gratitude to all the above mentioned and to those who helped me direct or indirectly
for their support and encouragement until the last day of my industrial training at
Asean Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. (ABF).
