SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1) U.S. Military spending has rose since the 2001 terrorist attacks to defend the
United States of America. (I.)
2) But since 2001 the U.S. Military spending has been declining from 671 billion
to 619 billion. This is the largest decline since 1991 (I)
3) Military budget is the portion of discretionary U.S. federal budget given to the
Department of Defense to spend on anything related to the U.S. military. This
budget pays for salaries, training, health care, arms, equipments, operations,
and research. This money goes into the four branches of U.S. military: the
Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force. (II)
4) Drones in the U.S. military has saved American lives in countless missions
and operations. (III)
5) The U.S. currently uses military UAVs in multiple operations. (IV)
6) The U.S. currently spends 63.5 Billion on research and development in the
U.S. military (II)
SECTION 2: Purpose
This Bill creates a new branch in the U.S. military. The Federal government will
focus on robotic development in the U.S. military in this fifth branch.
SECTION 3: General Provisions
This Bill creates a new branch in the U.S. military focusing on the development of
robots in the U.S. military. The federal government will provide the funds from the
U.S. department of defence. Since the United States has started using drones in
their military operations, this bill could start a branch to develop this technology and
innovate it effectively. This bill encourages the U.S. government to increase military
spending and to divide the budget among the five branches of the military. This bill
will reform the U.S. military and will develop new research in weaponizing robots. A
fully mechanical U.S. military could help save American lives, and could effectively
and efficiently carry out operations for the United States. This bill will create a new
branch in the U.S. military that will improve robotic technology, save millions of lives,
and keep our country safe.
