Aims

Thismodulewillprovidestudentswithanopportunitytointegratepreviouslearningandto
consolidateskillsofcriticalinquiry,debate,problemsolvingandreflectionthatpertainto
professionalnursingpractice.Learninginthismoduleoccursthroughactiveengagementwith
peersusingthestudentsportfolioasabasefordevelopment.Frameworksofreflectionunderpin
themoduletoenablestudentstoprocesslearningintheclinicalenvironment.Themodulefocuses
onthedevelopmentofpeerlearningandpeersupportnetworksforstudentsduringtheir
internship.Themodulefurtheraimstoempowerstudentstolinktheorytopracticethrougha
collaborativeprocessofcofacilitationofstudentgroupsbyacademicandclinicalpracticestaff.
