SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1)Dabbing is can help reduce anxiety and stress
2) Dabbing has grown very popular over the past year and has heavily
influenced the young people of America
3)Dabbing can help develop the bicep and pectoral muscles.
SECTION 2: Purpose
Purpose is to encourage the Dab dance among the American people through a day
day dedicated to this. Dabbing has become not only a common practice for teens
but in most cases a life style. Its significance in our society should be brought
into our history textbooks and be remembered as a motion that brought our
country together. It will increase unity, nationalism, and possible promote other
patriotic acts.
SECTION 3: General Provisions
This Bill is provide that on on November 15, dabbing will be celebrated across
America. This annual event will not be enforced upon the American people, but
will be encouraged. Celebrations will be completely decided by the people of
America.

SECTION 4: Definitions
Dabbing Sticking your face into your elbow while holding out a straight arm. This
motion is supposed to "assert your b
itch ass{superior} swag over everyone else."
"I dabbed on them folks down in the hood." Dabbing is the new popular
movement, often done after rubbing hands together like making an evil plot.
