This article discusses the various ways in which intelligence can be increased. Focusing on the
euro-centric education is valuable to deconstructing what defines genius.
Bharucha, R. (1999). Politics of culturalisms in an age of globalisation: Discrimination, discontent and
dialogue. Economic and Political Weekly, 477-489.
Bharucha brings up the multiple ways in which intelligence has become globalized, but in a way
that primarily reflects western thought. Without taking into account foreign powers, our notion of
genius could be potentially bankrupt.
