Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other
teachers about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style
etc.

I feel my active engagement activity worked very well, because all the students were engaged with me,
they all were trying to write the letter I on the air and on the floor, applying what I do. They looked like
they were having fun because this is the first time they do this kind of activities. I recommend the teachers
to pick up the students who are sitting nicely and quietly to answer the questions, to take it as a chance to
encourage the good behavior in the class. For example, I really like the way Ahmed is setting thats why he
will answer this questions.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires

attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action
you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The one aspect that needs attention is use instructions and modeling to introduce the activity
with increasing accuracy. Because in the activity time, some students came to me and asked
me what to do, even though I modeled the activity in the circle before I let them go to the
tables. I think that happened because I didnt explained and modeled the steps clearly, slowly
and accurately.
Next time I will explain and model the steps clearly, slowly and accurately. And before I let

the students go to the activities I will ask them, do you know what to do? Is every think
clear?

Personal focus for next lesson:

More focus on the students who are not engaged with me and try to involve them with me.
