Mr. Sreedhar being a science professor is very much engrossed into

the environmental implications for the Shopping Mall constructions
near the River. He does some basic research and comes to finds that
the same would have very irreversible repercussions upon the
environment and the river and in long term would cause serious
health hazard. He discusses the same with his other residents. All of
them decide to approach the court and seek justice. In pursuance of
the same, they approach you to give them basic remedies available for
the same.
