Brunswick, Ohio 44212 330-741-0541 (c) akinney14@mail.bw.edu I am a 2016 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, I have student teaching experience on the third grade level, in an urban school district at Douglas McArthur Leadership Academy for Girls, as well as teaching experience at a constellation school within the Cleveland City School District. I also have teaching experience at the KG and fifth grade level at a parochial school. During my placement as a student teacher at Douglas McArthur Leadership Academy for Girls, I learned and applied a broad range of teaching strategies. I constructed my lesson plans based on differentiation and the Common Core Standards for clear objectives and learning goals for my students. I implemented a variety of formative and summative assessments to ensure that successful learning was taking place throughout each lesson. My experiences at this school has enhanced my success as an educator because it challenged me to be creative, nurturing, and understanding to all of lifes situations. I have learned a lot from my placements and would love to share my success with your school. I hope to be able to discuss with you how my experiences and abilities can best meet the goals of your students. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Angelina Kinney
