To the Parent or Guardian of Zack Johnson,

I want to inform you that Zack has not been doing his homework.
It is critical that every student does their homework so they can get the
extra practice on the topic. If he is just struggling with the work, I would
be more than happy to tutor him. I am concerned that if he continues to
not do his homework he will fall behind in class. His grade will also be
affected and it could cause him to fail the class or even 3rd grade. I
would be most grateful if you could contact me with more information
and update me on his study habits.
