Restructured mobile start-up, catapulting valuation from $7M to $175M. mBlox was struggling in the
messaging market. Resized company. Executed organic/acquisition growth plan. Acquired three companies.
Expanded product set and geographic coverage. Negotiated partnerships with global and local wireless
operators.
Resurrected Chapter 11 telecom, enabling favorable sale to major creditor. Recruited by
Korn/Ferry to salvage Advanced Telcom Developed Fix Plan. Recruited new team. Reduced burn rate
40%, SG&A $1.8M and churn 57%. Quadrupled cash position to $16M. Achieved EBITDA and free-cash flow
break-even in eight months.
Played key role in $550M IPO and $94M private equity offering. Recruited by Korn/Ferry to Dobson for
IPO strategy. Built it to 2nd largest Telco in area. Executed tax-free spin-off of Logix from Dobson,
facilitating Dobson IPO. Grew Logix ten-fold to $120M. Secured $350M bond offering, $75M revolving credit
and P/E offering.
Paved way for AT&T investment in mobile advertising services firm. Recruited by Heidrick &
Struggles to commercialize Mobile Tag/NeoMedia bar code reading technology. Established distribution
channels that included AT&T, Vodafone, the Yellow Pages and others. Grew SaaS solution into viable AT&T
investment target.
Developed and implemented commercialization plan for AI software. Restructured business model for
commercial use. Targeted healthcare, social media, advertising, automotive, and market intelligence
companies.

Intelligent Agent software systems opportunities for customers like AT&T, Verizon, Panasonic, Honda, Toyota,
Omnicom Group.
CEO, Mobile Tag/NeoMedia, Inc., 2007 to 2012. Managed P&L, Marketing, Business Development, Sales
and Operations of Paris-based company. Developed products for d i g i t a l m e d i a , electronic payments with
POS, wireless NFC/mobile barcodes, and mobile wallet.
CEO, Uniqua Technologies, Inc., 2004 to 2007. Wireless service provider using patented SIM-based
payment technology to provide cost-control and asset management tools to 188,000 consumers and SME
