2. Create a Lab parent reminder note for 1st home visit for all teachers in
your lab to take to their families. The note is to include Your Lab name
(which is the days & times of your lab): Parent Orientation dates, first day
of lab date, any holiday dates that correlate with us not having lab,
midterm home visit dates, final home visit dates, last day of lab date, a
place for the toddler teacher contact info., any other important lab info.

3. Create Lab Check-in/out Sheets (22 copies) & Child Authorized Pick-up

5. Create toddler lab allergy and special considerations sheet and distribute

front office
8. Create Child File Folders See I-Learn for example, get supplies from
supervisor and front office
9. Create toddler class book See supervisor for cloth book (located in your
labs apron bucket)
10. Get Lab Observation forms and put in lab binder - located in filing cabinet

11. Get copies of the Lead Teaching Checklists for the entire semester (21)
and put in your labs file drawer See faculty for forms
12. Print/Laminate Child pictures to put up in classroom

13. Create Transition Activities/Songs (one for gathering to large group and
one for transitioning to outside) and teach them to your lab. See I-Learn

14. Make clean-up CD (2 minutes transition warning song and a clean-up
song repeated several times. DO NOT USE the Barney song. See faculty

15. Make class Large Group Activity box (the box only) See I-Learn for

16. Make play dough to be used in your lab and to be kept on your toddler
lab shelf Recipe and ingredients are in the kitchen
17. Create snack poster and pictures to use during snack time
18. Create hand washing pictures to post at the sink
19. Class Key carrier Give your name and I# to Suanne Ellsworth, you will
receive an email with instructions when it is ready to be picked up
